eShepherd is GPS-enabled virtual fencing for cattle, built by Gallagher.
eShepherd is a solar-powered, GPS-enabled virtual fencing system for cattle, built by Gallagher. Farmers draw paddock boundaries in an app and a neckband guides each animal with an audio cue, moving the herd with no posts and no wire.
eShepherd is the GPS-enabled virtual fencing system from Gallagher, the family-owned animal-management company that has engineered farm fencing for 88 years. A solar-powered neckband holds and moves cattle using audio-first cues, so producers can subdivide paddocks, rotate grazing, and protect sensitive land from a phone, with no posts, no wire, and no daily musters.
Part of the eShepherd Farm Operating System™, it pairs the neckband with a web and mobile app for planning moves, monitoring animals, and reading the land, bringing Precision Livestock Management™ to extensive grazing.

Logos
Use the lockup with the most contrast against your background. Don’t recolour, stretch, rotate, or add effects.
- The Gallagher Next “next” wordmark always stays Gallagher Orange (#FF8400). The GALLAGHER lettering can be black or white for contrast, never any other colour. Only swap to an alternate version if readability on an image requires it.
- Never feature “next” without “Gallagher”, and don’t use Gallagher Next as an endorsement (“by” or “powered by”).
- Don’t use any colour besides the primary brand colours, and don’t recolour, stretch, scale either word independently, rotate, outline, or add effects.
- Keep clear space around the logo, at least half the height of the Gallagher logo. When co-branding, give both logos similar visual weight and let the Gallagher Next logo read first.
- Don’t recreate or retype the wordmark, always use the supplied files.
Brand colours
Tap a swatch to copy its HEX value.
White leads the palette, with White Smoke and grey in support and Gallagher Orange as a sparing accent (a 60/30/10 split). Black is reserved for type.
Typography
Two typefaces carry the brand.
